Event Consultation

Hourly consultation sessions are available for the couple who has done a lot of the planning themselves but want the professional opinion of a wedding planner to troubleshoot any possible mishaps with the plans. 

Vendor Recommendations 

We are experts at building a team of professional wedding service providers & vendors for you. all vendors are  pre-screened to ensure you receive nothing but the  best. After an in-depth interview with the couple, we will provide a list of vendors  that fit your  wedding style and  budget. 

Attendance of Vendor Meetings 

Avoid costly mistakes with one of our most popular services. Let us be the liaison between you and a potential or already contracted vendor. We will ask the  questions you need to know the answers to. This could be your initial meeting, a follow  up meeting, or final meeting. where the final details are spelled out and addressed.

Wedding Day Event Director

  • Two Hour Consultation or rehearsal
  • Personalized to-do list for the event
  • Provide a detailed itinerary for bride, groom,  bridal party, parents, and other important participants
  • Manage the timing of your event so you can relax and  enjoy you special  day
  • Review final vendor confirmations

Personalized Wedding Budget

During an initial comprehensive consultation, we meet with  the couple and the key decision makers of the wedding. After this  meeting a  personalized budget will be created for you based on your preferences. You can  then use this  budget when hiring  your vendors. Ongoing budget management is a great add-on to this  service.

Personalized Wedding Checklist & Timelines

You can provide personalized checklists and timelines for all parties involved including the  bride, groom, parents, attendants, etc ensure that every detail is accounted for and  that your day flows from wedding to reception smoothly. 

Attire & Accessories Selection 

We will accompany you on your search for that perfect dress and/or tuxedo. We will offer tips and  suggestions on how to save  money on your  wedding attire. Let us  provide you with personalized newsletters for your attendants regarding their attire.

Event Design 

M & M Creative Events excels in matching your vision and your budget to the most talented and  qualified designers in the area. We meet with our clients to review needs and expectations so that we can target your design and decor requirements. Our goal is to create an event that is suited to your own unique style! M & M Creative Events will create and implement the design for your ceremony and reception site. We provide complete table design, place card set up, cake table set up, as well design and  arrange centerpieces. M & M Creative Events provides our clients monthly updates on all aspects of the planning.

Reception Management 

We manage every detail from communicating details, directions, vendor timelines to designing table settings, floor plans, and entertainment.

Out of Town Guests

We will handle the accommodations for your out of town guests including transportation, activities, and welcome baskets. Accommodation cards  can be created for your  guests letting them know the who, what, when, and where.
